Can I cancel, change, return or exchange an order?
We sincerely hope you benefit from every Zuf Globus product you purchase. We believe in the quality that nature gives our products and the enriching care they bring to our customers’ lives. So while we don’t offer returns or exchanges (with the exception of 3-pack LifeMel product), we’re happy to address damages and shipping errors so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
In-Store Purchases: If you purchase a Zuf Globus product from a retail store, you should refer to that store’s return policies and contact them directly for specific information.
ZufGlobusUSA.com Purchases: With the exception of 3-pack LifeMel product, unfortunately, we’re not able to offer returns or refund for purchases through ZufGlobusUSA.com.
3-pack LifeMel return policy:
If upon opening or using one jar, you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the remaining two unopened jars, and we’ll refund you the full amount. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
Reselling Products: It’s important to note that Zuf Globus customers are not authorized to resell products in online markets or on auction sites. We cannot endorse the quality or accuracy of any products purchased from an unauthorized reseller.
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 952-697-5214 or email@example.com.
To help resolve the issue, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
